Update #2: The Avalanche
The second update has arrived! Check it out over on Tabletop Simulator.
It’s now been seven weeks since our announcement of Leviathan Wilds, and the project continues at a frantic pace for the Moon Crabians. We’re continuing to test and improve the game through our “Early Access” process, and the road to crowdfunding and project completion is becoming clearer every day. Once again, a huge thanks to everyone who has played the game and offered feedback!
Update #2: The Avalanche
The crew trudged through the snow, a howling and frigid wind buffeting their every step.
Change Log
Added the fourth leviathan: “The Avalanche”
Added deck customization. Each deck is 10 cards, consisting of 4 cards specific to your character and one class, which is a mechanically/thematically linked set of 6 cards. You can customize the four character cards any way you wish (up to a total AP value of 16 or less), pairing them with any class set.
In the campaign of the final game, you will be able to earn and purchase more action cards for individual characters as well as new class sets.
Adjusted starter decks for customization, including graphic design (common card backs). Added 2 more character cards per character for customization.
Black and white illustrations added to several more action cards.
What’s next?
The next update is already underway! “The Hive” was one of the first proof-of-concept leviathans that we ever made, so you’re in for a treat in 3-4 weeks. As always, drop by the discord channel to chat, join playtest groups, and/or offer any feedback you wish!
